Theo is a male Delos who works at the Department of Public Sexuality on the planet Boink.
Appearance
Theo appears to be a four-foot tall, brown furred teddy bear with a purple mohawk and purple eyes.
He usually wears a variety of purple clothing except when he's at work. There he wears a lab coat or nothing at all depending on the type of testing he is involved in that day.
