Before the Foozles purchased the planet, and back when the previous owners had developed it as a resort world, Cumtown was designed and constructed to mimic the environment of an ancient, European city. It is a maze of small cobblestone roads, alleys and bridges more suited to pedestrian foot traffic than modern road vehicles. <br />

After the Foozles bought the planet, it was decided that all but the smallest of road vehicles should be kept out, and pedestrian traffic should have the right of way.<br />
